Legal Practice Coordinator

An Insight Global global law firm client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Practice Assistant to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through effective communication and confidentiality.
- Manage and maintain lawyers' schedules and calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and client proposals, including food and beverage services, room reservations, and materials preparation.
- Update and maintain lawyers' contacts in Outlook and BD Hub with accurate information and notes.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, relay messages, and respond to email and voicemail in a timely manner.
- Assist lawyers with Marketing and Business Development functions, including preparing materials for meetings, pitches, and proposals.
- Conduct internet research for lawyers' business development as directed.
- Process and close time for lawyers, adhering to weekly and monthly deadlines, and coordinate correction of time entry errors.
- Open new clients and matters, prepare conflict of interest forms, and maintain records.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency, and the ability to format documents using Styles and proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and work as a team player.
- Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute (tested during the interview process).
- Availability to work overtime.
