Position Overview: The Department of Women's and Gender Studies at Apadivisions is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the field of feminist psychology. We welcome candidates at all academic ranks, with the potential for tenure at the associate or full professor level, or a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level.

Candidate Profile: We are in search of a feminist psychologist who possesses interdisciplinary interests, demonstrates exceptional potential, and shows a strong dedication to research, pedagogy, and community service. We encourage applications from scholars in all areas of feminist psychology, including but not limited to:

  • Intersectionality
  • Mental health

  • Violence and trauma
  • Lifespan development
  • Organizational behavior
  • Social attitudes
  • Diversity science

Successful applicants will be expected to contribute to our interdisciplinary doctoral program in Women's and Gender Studies and Psychology, which is jointly offered with the Department of Psychology.

Teaching Experience: Experience in teaching core courses within Women's and Gender Studies is highly valued.
