Editorial & Ops Issuance Analyst - Security Clearance Required

Job Overview:

At ANSER, we are seeking a highly skilled Editorial and Operational DoD Issuance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Organizational and Management Policy Directorate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, coordination, and processing of official DoD documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Track the currency of published issuances and assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of DoD Manual for Written Material and DoD Issuances Program.
  • Assist in creating, reissuing, or canceling DoD issuances.
  • Understand and apply the stages of the issuance process.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of DoD functions and organization.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English language and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Completion of relevant training classes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • More than eight years of work experience.
  • Strong executive support skills.
