Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Tradecraft Analyst to join our team at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the establishment of policy and procedures for the implementation of Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with production standards
  • Advance national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience in all-source analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance (active)
  • Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis
  • Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle
  • Working knowledge of MIDB, SOM, RKS, FADE
  • Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts
  • Experience coordinating, drafting, and publishing policy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with QUELLFIRE or producing a Common Intelligence Picture

Work Environment:

Our team is based in the National Capitol Region (Washington, DC; Annapolis Junction, MD; Reston, VA).
