Currently, HCRC is seeking qualified Personnel Security Specialists for full-time roles to support our government clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Security Management:

  • Evaluate documentation to assess personnel eligibility for access to classified materials and sensitive roles.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating security awareness and training programs.
  • Advise command members on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all personnel handling classified information are appropriately cleared and that security investigation requests are accurately prepared and monitored.
  • Maintain records of personnel security investigations, clearances, and access permissions.
  • Oversee the Command's continuous evaluation program for eligibility regarding classified access.
  • Facilitate the execution of Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreements (SF 312) prior to granting access.
  • Conduct security briefings and debriefings for incoming and outgoing personnel.

Information Security Oversight:

  • Ensure access to classified information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to know.
  • Coordinate the preparation and upkeep of security classification guides.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding information release to external entities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to information safeguarding and classification.

Industrial Security Coordination:

  • Verify contractor security clearances and access requirements.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop security requirements in contractual agreements.
  • Ensure security considerations are integrated into procurement planning from the outset.

Physical Security Administration:

  • Define requirements for the physical protection of personnel and facilities.
  • Administer policies to maintain the security integrity of sensitive areas.
  • Manage the Command's Physical Security and Loss Prevention Program.

Security Management:

  • Develop and update security procedures, including emergency plans.
  • Advise leadership on security matters in the absence of designated personnel.
  • Ensure all security threats and violations are documented and reported.
  • Assist in the development of approved security training for coordinators and staff.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in security roles, including Personnel, Industrial, Information, and Physical Security.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong administrative support experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with security systems and processes such as TASS, DISS, and others.
  • Must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance based on a T5 investigation.
