Role Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Foster Care Team Leader to oversee and guide our case management staff. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all service delivery aspects for clients are executed effectively and in compliance with our policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor case management personnel to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Omni Vision's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory standards.
  • Participate actively in team initiatives that align with our mission and values.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in social services, human services, or a related field, which is essential for overseeing foster care services.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities, or special needs children, along with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience with children's mental health and behavioral issues is required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

  • Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Reliable transportation and verified state licenses, including necessary credentials and training as mandated by state regulations.
