Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

FullSteam is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Fontana, CA.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Supervisor will serve as a key member of the project management team, supporting the respective department Sr. HR Manager. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to executing and completing company projects and tasks using independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development, and project implementation efforts.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outline the tasks involved in a project and delegate accordingly.
  • Address project questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Ensure HR Compliance policies are being followed nationwide.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices nationwide.
  • Update project plans as needed to include contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.
  • Assist and support with all open orders nationwide.
  • Ensure all project updates are being sent on a timely manner for all HR Champions.
  • Support with reviewing and training all submittals for Promotions/Replacements for the teams in all Service Centers.
  • Track all Submittals, Replacements, Promotions for all DCs.
  • Assist with Investigations, Councils, and File Audits for all the Service Centers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel based on business needs and/or project requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
