Agile Project Facilitator

We are looking for an accomplished Agile Project Facilitator to lead the development of an internal research and analytics platform using the Scaled Agile Framework. This role will be 100% remote and last through at least the end of 2025.

This position offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description:

  1. Work closely with the project team to facilitate Scrum events.
  2. Identify and remove blockers that hinder development or deployment processes.
  3. Develop high-quality operational support documents covering cloud infrastructure requirements.
  4. Support product owners in managing the backlog and provide clear communications.
  5. Prepare monthly status updates, including reports or dashboards, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exemplify and promote Agile values and principles.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and SAFe certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in agile frameworks or software development life cycle models.
  • Experience in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
