This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate Scrum events such as PI/sprint planning, daily scrum, PI/sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Help the project team overcome obstacles/blockers hindering development or deployment processes.
  • Design, develop, author, and maintain high-quality operational support documents based on functional needs associated with cloud infrastructure requirements.
  • Closely collaborate with the product owner to scope and plan current and future work.
  • Provide monthly status updates, including reports or dashboards, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Promote Agile values and principles.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and SAFe certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading projects or key business initiatives.
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
