The Agile Team Facilitator role plays a vital part in driving process improvements and solutions, leveraging Integrated Biosurveillance (IB) to achieve early detection and warning. With a strong understanding of current object and activity-based models within the intelligence community, you will contribute to situational awareness and decision-making during health-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and synthesize requirements for feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and drive engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines.
  • Document requirements and specifications, and review documentation from other teams and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement plans, and paid time off.
