**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Team Facilitator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and be passionate about facilitating collaborative work environments.

This is a remote position with competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. They will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

A key aspect of this role is to shield the team from interruptions during sprints, helping them maintain focus and productivity. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience working with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) and be certified as a Scrum Master (CSM).

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate scrum-related meetings
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, and manage backlog
  • Communicate team plans, report impediments for escalation, identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlog is well-defined and prioritized
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
