**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead to join our team at Infojini. As an Agile Team Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating scrum events, removing obstacles, and coaching the team to improve communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scrum events such as PI/sprint planning, daily scrum, PI/sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Remove obstacles/blockers that are stopping development or deployment process by facilitating communication with external teams if needed.
  • Perform necessary coaching to the team to improve communication and collaboration within the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading projects or key business initiatives.
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
