Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at Peraton. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is developed by the deadline and within budget.

  • Responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
  • Serves as the Agile Scrum delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
  • Facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical (STEM) field of study with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph and experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban.

We offer a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $179,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap, and participation in an attractive bonus plan.
