Job Description:
Ampcus Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agile project management, software development, and team leadership. We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead agile project management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including vendor and consultant management.
  • Coordinate deployments and ensure compliance with change control procedures.
  • Serve as a coach for other Scrum Masters and Agile Project Managers.
  • Foster an environment of cross-team collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent related experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience performing the duties outlined above in a professional environment.
  • 6-8 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager of increasingly complex software development initiatives.
  • Certified Scrum Master is required, PMP certification is desired.
Desired Skills:
  • PMP certification is desired.
  • Experience with software development, Microsoft Project, and requirements analysis.
