The Squires Group is seeking a seasoned Agile Project Coordinator to support the development team in using the Scrum framework to ensure project goals and milestones are met.

This is a REMOTE opportunity, requiring US Citizens or Green Card Holders per client contract.

Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration among team members by facilitating scrum events such as PI/sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Resolve blockers by coordinating with external teams or escalating critical issues.
  • Coach the team to enhance communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners to scope, plan, and prioritize work.
  • Support product owners in backlog management and provide clear work status updates.
  • Assist the project manager with monthly status updates, including reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain and manage Azure DevOps for the team.
  • Create and maintain operational support documents for cloud infrastructure, collaborating with team members and storing them on SharePoint in a standardized format.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Scrum techniques such as refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospectives Experience with Agile values and principles.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks/methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycle models, with expertise in traditional project management principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with SAFe certification.
  • Skilled in planning and problem-solving in collaboration with product management and delivery teams.
  • Estimated salary: $120K-$133K based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications.
