As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and value to our Members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide genuine care and personal service, ensuring that Member needs and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct essential customer interactions, including member services and product offerings.
- Promote AAA's products and services to meet both individual and branch objectives.
- Anticipate and understand Member needs, providing tailored solutions from AAA.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while resolving issues.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrate active listening and adaptable thinking.
- Technical Proficiency: Navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to processes and standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with sales and service standards and goals.
Work Environment:This position is primarily office-based, requiring a combination of standing, sitting, bending, and lifting. A significant portion of the work involves using a video display terminal. Flexibility in work shifts, including Saturdays, is essential.
