San Mateo, California, United States FRED FINCH YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES Full time

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is recognized as an exceptional workplace, consistently demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact on individuals facing mental health challenges. Whether you are embarking on your professional journey or are an experienced expert, we offer opportunities that align with your aspirations.

In our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) program, our dedicated behavior "coaches" engage closely with participants in their homes or within the community. The program is designed to provide tailored services, with authorization for up to 20 hours of support each week. The specific needs of each participant dictate the duration and intensity of the services provided. TBS coaches are responsible for designing, structuring, modeling, and facilitating individualized interventions aimed at modifying concerning behaviors or teaching suitable alternative behaviors, enabling children and their families to achieve greater independence.

To ensure sustained progress after the conclusion of TBS, our staff collaborates to create transition plans that support each child and their caregivers.
