Department Overview: The ATD Cool Bed program offers a secure, voluntary short-term placement option for youth and families in need of a temporary respite.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated treatment strategies for youth facing psychiatric and substance use challenges.
- Represent the organization at key meetings and maintain compliance with data collection and contract requirements.
- Oversee the coordination of foster care placements and maintain positive relationships with foster parents.
- Conduct assessments for behavioral health needs and facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold privacy standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Preferred experience working with youth facing co-occurring disorders.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $25 to $26.92, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
