Job Title: Help Desk Level 1 Support

At TEKsystems, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Level 1 Support professional to join our team. As a Help Desk Level 1 Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Level 1 Support will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software problems, as well as providing guidance on system usage and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and diagnose software problems through discussions with clients and employees
  • Research and resolve system problems
  • Provide technical guidance on system usage and configuration
  • Assign complex problems to senior level support
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proven skill in managing multiple tasks and establishing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • High ethical standards and maintains confidentiality
