Role Overview

As an Accolade Care Advocate, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responding to member calls and providing empathetic care in two dimensions: the healthcare we deliver to our customers, and the personal care we take in each interaction. Your day-to-day will involve responding to member calls, providing general guidance based on our training, and creating a positive and supportive experience for our customers.

As a Care Advocate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients and understanding their needs
  • Delivering interventions to support clients in navigating the complex healthcare system
  • Driving better client outcomes by helping clients understand and optimize their preventive services, manage chronic conditions, and improve their quality of life
  • Delighting clients by tailoring our approach to deliver a memorable experience
What We're Looking For...

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a comparable industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to listen, talk, and type all at once through multi-channel communications
