Position Overview

The Retail Operations Associate Manager plays a vital role within our leadership team. This position is focused on driving a profitable operation by fostering authentic connections that enhance customer loyalty and community involvement. You will provide real-time feedback and mentorship to empower each team member to reach their fullest potential. While overseeing a critical segment of the business, you will also be expected to adapt and support your colleagues as needed to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate each shift with an energetic atmosphere that motivates the team.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets and surpasses their objectives while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Facilitate genuine connections between Stylists and customers.
  • Stay informed about social trends and keep the team engaged.
  • Provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring consistent use of available tools and resources.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage the community and cultivate brand loyalty through events.
  • Flexibly assume various roles to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize essential tasks and drive initiatives to completion effectively.
  • Step into the Store Director role when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Act in alignment with our core values.

  • A minimum of four years of management experience in a similar environment.
  • Effective and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately process information and operate store systems.
  • Availability during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with technology and familiarity with industry-related resources.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed.
  • Willingness to engage with customers throughout the store.
