Key Responsibilities of the TruckPro Store Manager:

  • Lead both inside and outside sales teams for heavy-duty truck components while fostering and sustaining vital customer relationships
  • Establish and convey financial and operational performance objectives for the store
  • Oversee and mentor staff by collaborating with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on recruitment, talent development, organizational planning, and employee relations
  • Inform the Regional Manager of any concerns regarding store operations
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate short-term and long-term sales projections for the Outside Sales team
  • Ensure completion of all financial requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; adhere to month-end closing and cut-off deadlines
  • Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Implement regional and corporate initiatives, including new systems, compensation structures, and other policies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines for heavy-duty truck parts while nurturing excellent vendor relationships
  • Manage financial responsibilities including inventory oversight and fund management

Ideal Candidates for the TruckPro Store Manager Position Will Possess:

  • A minimum of five years of sales experience
  • At least five years of experience in retail management
  • Knowledge or experience in the heavy-duty, diesel truck parts sector
  • Experience in aftermarket retail parts operations
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to operate power industrial equipment such as forklifts
