Key Responsibilities of the TruckPro Store Manager:

  • Lead the inside and outside sales teams for heavy-duty truck components while fostering and sustaining essential customer relationships
  • Establish and communicate financial and operational performance objectives for the store
  • Oversee and mentor staff by collaborating with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for recruitment, talent development, organizational planning, and employee relations
  • Report operational issues to the Regional Manager
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create short-term and long-term sales forecasts for the Outside Sales team
  • Ensure timely completion of all financial reports and compliance with month-end closing requirements
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and vehicle policies
  • Implement regional and corporate initiatives, including new systems and policy changes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all heavy-duty truck parts and cultivate strong vendor relationships
  • Manage financial operations, including inventory oversight and funds management

Ideal Candidates for the TruckPro Store Manager Position Will Possess:

  • A minimum of five years in sales
  • A minimum of five years in retail management
  • Experience and knowledge in the heavy-duty, diesel truck parts sector
  • Background in after-market retail parts operations
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to operate power industrial equipment such as forklifts
