Territory Sales Manager Job Description

Weber Packaging Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets across a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling customized labels & label systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay current on industry trends and product advancements.

  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing label and equipment accounts.
  • Deliver formal sales presentations to both new and existing customers as needed.
  • Generate and qualify leads to drive future sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in selling customized labels & label systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling in a multi-state sales role is preferred.
