Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the store management team, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to store management, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory.
  • Maintain associate personnel files and perform daily cash office functions.
  • Support operations assistant store manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Ensure store team executes tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed.
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others.
