Job Title: Certified Medication Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our supported individuals.

Job Summary:

The Certified Medication Technician will be responsible for administering medications to supported individuals according to prescribed dosages, routes, and frequencies. You will also monitor individuals for any adverse reactions or side effects and maintain detailed records of medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to supported individuals according to prescribed dosages, routes, and frequencies.
  • Monitor supported individuals for any adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Maintain detailed records of medication administration.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate individual care.
  • Assist with medication reconciliation, inventory management, and medication storage in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Capable of successfully performing physical behavior interventions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
