Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Welcome and assist clients with their banking inquiries and needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating the opening and closing of deposit and loan accounts.
  • Conduct interviews and process consumer and limited commercial loan applications.
  • Address questions regarding our products and services, resolving issues within their authority.
  • Refer complex problems to higher management with appropriate recommendations.
  • Process customer financial transactions, including deposits and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with Federal Regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and balance cash drawers daily.
  • Promote and cross-sell the full range of banking services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A two-year college degree, specialized certification, or relevant training.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on courtesy and customer service.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Windows-based computers and a 10-key calculator, with a focus on accuracy.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary to assist customers.
