Job Title: Client Information Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Information Specialist to join our Order Management team at EVERSANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing key business functions, including order processing, call center support, and returns processing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain accurate client information, including order entry and maintenance
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and customers through email and phone
  • Resolve return credits and other customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client resolutions and special projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client work instructions and pricing databases
  • Enter overages, shortages, and damages into the applicable system
  • Provide exceptional customer service through call center support
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
  • 1-4 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 4 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced knowledge of business principles and practices

Work Environment:

This is a largely sedentary role that requires regular communication, concentration, and attention to detail. The employee must be able to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment.
