Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers, playing a key role in retaining valuable customers.
  • Work closely with relationship managers and the manager of the wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements, including phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of bank products and operational systems, facilitating the opening of accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems.
  • Lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents, including loans, advances, payments, and maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio.
  • Be primarily responsible for the day-to-day customer management of business online banking systems, including customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product maintenance.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior banking experience. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, regulations, and experience with Laser Pro or similar loan software. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, as well as 2+ years of prior customer service skills, good typing, administrative, and organizational skills, and good written and oral communication skills.
