Position Overview

The Recovery Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in guiding and directing residents of the Crozier House, ensuring that daily activities align with established protocols and standards. This position is essential in maintaining the operational integrity of the program environment, fostering a culture of recovery that is informed by trauma and gender considerations, catering to the diverse community we serve.

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Friday: 3 PM - 11 PM

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess CPR and First Aid certification, along with training in Overdose Prevention/Narcan. A demonstrated background in human services, particularly in substance abuse, is required. Knowledge from introductory courses in substance use disorders and experience working with marginalized communities is essential. A strong foundation in sobriety and active participation in a recovery program outside of work is also necessary.
