Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Land Development Manager to lead high-level projects and manage a team. As a key member of our ExecuSource team, you will be responsible for managing land development projects, planning workloads, and overseeing project development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead a team of engineers and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor financial reports and attend client meetings.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • EIT required, PE license ideal.
  • 5+ years land development experience.
  • 2+ years leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permits.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.


Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
