Overview: Our company is a reputable commercial and residential construction firm based in the Bangor area, seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial construction projects.

Estimated Salary:$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary: We require a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule milestones and estimate costs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations during onsite and offsite constructions.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors effectively.
  • Satisfy contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Evaluate, manage, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality construction standards and best practices.

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management roles within residential and commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team oversight.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in construction management software programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and safety codes.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
