Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial construction projects and will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all work on the site.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review project schedules and estimate costs.
  • Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management roles in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
