We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Operations Manager to lead our upcoming locations in Washington D.C. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to collaborate closely with our founding team as we embark on an exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned locations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage staffing needs by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training team members.
  • Support staff development through coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
  • Achieve financial goals by monitoring sales, managing budgets, and forecasting labor needs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure product availability by coordinating with suppliers and managing inventory levels.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees.
  • Implement new menu offerings and communicate updates effectively across teams.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage uniform supplies and enforce uniform standards among staff.
  • Address maintenance and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handlers certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a food retail management role preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
