Job Title: Regional Director of Operations

At Aramark, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding contracted services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of operations managers to provide operational expertise in contracted services
  • Manage client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations
  • Manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, and maintain all associated records and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Senior Living or Hospitality/Resident Care Service Environment of comparable operational volume
  • Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues
