Job Description

As a Regional Director of Operations for Aramark SeniorLIFE+, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of contracted services across multiple client locations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. With a total managed operational volume of $10+ million annually, this role requires a seasoned leader who can drive business growth, build strong relationships, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operations managers to provide operational expertise and hands-on execution management of services.
  • Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations and developing plans to drive employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining associated records and reports.
  • Adhere to Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and the Business Conduct Policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Senior Living or Hospitality/Resident Care Service Environment of comparable operational volume.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements, identifying opportunities to address operational issues.
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead through other managers.
  • Excellent oral, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • People development experience.
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
  • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
