Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success. This is a temporary position that will extend through June 2025, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for 2 days of remote work per week. The hourly rate for this position will be between $25-$30 per hour, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 10 team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess project progression and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee accounts and assist with needs/inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage phone/email correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and calls
  • Build strong relationships with clients to become a trusted partner and advisor
  • Identify opportunities to help clients and assist with inquiries
  • Generate, customize, and analyze client-level reporting

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Associate or Sales Representative
  • Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team
