Position Overview

As a Senior Systems Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Design Bill of Materials system and its associated servers. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gain insights into the existing Global Design Bill of Materials system and its interconnected servers.
  • Document the current architecture and develop comprehensive system diagrams that illustrate the connections and data exchanges among different modules and servers.
  • Propose optimal solutions for establishing a new operational environment.
  • Support the design and implementation of a new system, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
  • Configure the server environment, conduct tests, and verify that all connections function correctly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and installation protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to secure approval for the new system and infrastructure.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
  • Comprehend the integration processes between BOM, CATIA, and 3D Experience.
  • Outline a strategic roadmap for the current and future systems.
What You Will Be Engaged In:
  • Establishing a Test environment, facilitating system integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
Essential Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of the integration between BOM, CATIA, and 3D Experience.
  • Proficient in server administration with a solid grasp of Windows server operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Position Success Criteria (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience with BOM, CATIA V5/V6, 3D Experience, and server administration.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience collaborating with diverse IT teams, including Network, Infrastructure, and Security.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to see the broader picture.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities.
