Position Overview:
The Senior Product Testing Administrator plays a crucial role in executing development initiatives aimed at producing functional prototypes that evolve into production-ready ATV/SxS vehicles. This position involves researching and integrating new technologies to uphold our global vehicle product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specifications for components and systems of ATV/SxS prototypes that meet design objectives, functional requirements, and manufacturing criteria with minimal oversight. Communicate specifications and manufacturing control points effectively through prototype and production documentation.
- Establish performance benchmarks to ensure vehicle concepts meet competitive standards. Validate specifications, components, and complete vehicles with limited supervision, while maintaining precise technical and administrative records.
- Manage individual work schedules to meet project deadlines, address resource needs with supervisors, and optimize contractor utilization.
- Innovate and refine ideas that contribute to the advancement of new technologies, preparing them for development applications with minimal guidance.
- Support quality initiatives in the market by employing problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and advance C/M specifications as necessary.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within the powersports sector.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in data acquisition and laboratory methodologies.
- Solid understanding of development project cycles and milestones.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
- Capable of creating detailed plans and schedules.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at a high level.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary, depending on project demands.
Physical Requirements:
This role primarily involves desk work, with some laboratory and vehicle testing activities. Physical tasks may include lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Hazards:
Exposure to typical office and workshop risks, including chemicals and moving machinery.
