Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Infojini. As a key member of our Central Office, you will provide administrative support to the Executive office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and calendar management. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
* Coordinate staff onboarding and manage the office budget.
* Prepare travel reimbursement forms and track approval status.
* Designate priority levels to action items and track tasks.
* Coordinate daily scheduling requests and ensure accuracy in information provided.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
