Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at the City of Boston Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining financial and personnel records, assisting the Senior Administrative Assistant with their duties, and performing related tasks as required. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and personnel records
• Assist the Senior Administrative Assistant with their duties and provide support as needed
• Perform related tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
