About the Role

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will provide exceptional support to our Account Managers, ensuring seamless policy servicing and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of policy servicing tasks, including mail checking, endorsement requests, and claims reporting.
  • Provide direct customer service support for commercial lines clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute client documents, including policy renewals and certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Lines team to ensure accurate and timely policy renewals, verifying each renewal's accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile and create proposals, summaries, and special projects as requested by our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet all Brown & Brown established quality control procedures and timelines, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Commercial lines insurance experience preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 1 year in an office working environment.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred.
  • Proficient in management operating systems that support insurance sales, tracking, and service.
