Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at MRA Recruiting Services. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive participant registrations for our in-person and digital programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to drive demand in registration for various programs, utilizing market research, industry trends, and participant feedback to inform strategy development.
  • Communication Plans: In coordination with cross-functional teams, create a structured flow of information for prospects and registered participants, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
  • Content Development: Write and create compelling content tailored to engage and resonate with youth and young adult audiences, including newsletter features, articles, social media content, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
  • Partner Marketing and Integration: Work with programs team and school and site partners to identify opportunities to promote program sign-ups, tailoring marketing to the partner and partner's audience.
  • Audience Engagement: Continually build brand excitement and future demand among youth and educator audiences for getting involved with programs, and/or with alumni for continuing in programs, both on and off-season communications.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, generating regular reports on registration metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to inform decision-making and strategy refinement within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: In events, enrollment, or attendee marketing, with a track record of driving participant growth and engagement.
  • Nonprofit, Multicultural, or Youth Marketing Experience: Preferred.
  • Strong Understanding: Of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Project Management Skills: With the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: With the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments and with program partners.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: With the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Thinker: With the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What We Offer
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$57,000 based on experience.
  • Full-Time Position: 40 hours weekly.
  • PTO and Holidays: 15 PTO days yearly and 10 paid holiday/days off each year, including the week between Christmas & New Years.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 403B plan starting in 2025.
