POSITION SUMMARY:
As a vital member of our financial institution, you will deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and initiating proactive outreach. You will guide clients in choosing from a variety of account options and financial products. Your responsibilities will encompass the opening, management, and closure of diverse account types, processing both deposit and loan transactions, resolving client inquiries, and meeting personal and office sales objectives. You will also engage in cross-selling services and referring clients to other departments, assist in onboarding new clients, and handle consumer loan applications. Comprehensive sales tracking will be part of your role, along with performing teller functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys engaging with clients via phone and occasionally in person.
  • Exhibits a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintains a satisfactory performance record in compliance with all organizational policies.
  • Flexible work schedule availability is essential.
  • Participation in meetings outside of regular business hours may be required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of relevant state and federal regulations, as well as bank operational policies.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other banking systems.
