Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Junior Civil Engineering Professional to join our Water Resources Team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-4 years of experience who are eager to engage in diverse projects and grow within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work towards obtaining an Illinois Professional Engineer license.
  • Contribute to a variety of conventional and innovative projects.
  • Participate in the design and analysis of sanitary sewer systems, water distribution networks, and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various locations to meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues in different offices to foster teamwork.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering is required.
  • Prior engineering or internship experience is preferred.
  • Must be a Registered Engineer Intern or actively pursuing certification.
  • Familiarity with drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
