Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Go intellects Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT leadership team to test and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, or mainframe applications or hardware.
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Requirements
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, such as Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
