Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Go intellects Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the IT leadership team to test and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
- Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, or mainframe applications or hardware.
- Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft products, such as Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
