Job Overview

Winston Client - Arbitration Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a group of assigned accounts and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in the legal industry, insurance, or judicial system is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of assigned accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent client service and case management and administration
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients
  • Record daily sales and service activity in company CRM system
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales and training meetings
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the legal industry, insurance, or judicial system
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
Compensation
  • Base salary $55K - $60K commensurate with experience
  • Monthly bonus and 6-month bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical & Dental insurance and 401K plan
