Position Overview
The Bilingual Sales Account Executive is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our communities, clients, and team members by transforming pre-qualified leads into new business opportunities. This role is essential in driving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making numerous calls daily, collaborating with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and finalizing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Fluently read, write, speak, and comprehend both English and Spanish.
- Identify new sales prospects through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach via calls and emails.
- Assess customer needs and requirements effectively.
- Direct qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement and closure.
- Maximize sales potential by efficiently managing inbound and outbound sales communications to attract new clients.
- Conduct research on accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest.
- Inform clients about products, current marketing initiatives, and available solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and meet quarterly performance metrics.
- Accurately and promptly process orders.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner through both written and verbal interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) and adaptable to evolving programs and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative to work independently towards objectives.
- Embrace workplace changes and encourage innovative approaches among peers.
- Function effectively as a cooperative team member.
- Understand and comply with Company’s Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to best accommodate customer needs.
- Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer inquiries.
The Bilingual Sales Account Executive must possess at least a high school diploma, along with experience in inside sales and a proven history of exceeding sales quotas. Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding both English and Spanish is essential.
