SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $230,000 per year, based on factors such as experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and employee mental health awareness days.
Job DescriptionAs an HR Director of Talent Development and Engagement, your primary focus will be on creating a fulfilled and engaging experience for our employees. You will partner with stakeholders across teams and leaders to drive talent and career development at scale.
- You will lead a team of HR Business Partners to orchestrate talent and career development, working closely with the People team and people managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.
- You will drive quarterly career development conversations with employees and engage with people managers to support their teams' growth and development.
- You will link employee career ambitions with meaningful growth and development opportunities, partnering with Recruitment, Resource Management, and Learning & Effectiveness teams to enhance the employee experience.
- You will ensure that all employees, particularly high-potential employees, have IDPs with visibility and input from their people managers, and collaborate with HR business partners and people managers to execute these plans.
- You will work with the broader People team to identify and assess employees' interests and development areas, offering opportunities to align client scopes with employee growth and mobility desires.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for people experience, with a strong focus on development and growth.
- 6-8 years of experience leading talent engagement and career development in a matrix environment.
- Prior experience managing other HR practitioners.
- The ability to develop and present talent insights through data.
- A natural collaborator and relationship builder.
