Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all guests entering the facility, respond to inquiries, ensure visitor registration, and manage phone communications with residents and staff.
  • Handle the sorting, delivery, and collection of community and resident correspondence, while also performing basic administrative tasks and maintaining visitor records.
  • Respond to resident emergencies by contacting the appropriate internal and external resources as per community protocols.
